How to Participate
Looking for ideas on how to participate in this 2021 MSHA Cares Walk/Run? The Convention Planning Team has some suggestions on how to creatively participate:
- Get a group together from your work place (university, hospital, school district, etc) or friends/family.
- Challenge your neighboring schools or universities! Be sure to get a photo and post it!
- Don’t have anyone to walk with – that’s ok – post a photo of your furry walking partner Who doesn’t love seeing pets!
- Let us see where you are in the state – share a photo of your walking/running location/landmarks! Are you by the Arch? Are you near the Lake? Can you see Arrowhead stadium from where you walk? How about those campus icons! Represent your area!
- Feeling creative? Post a picture of you at ‘your’ finish line! Would that be breaking through your crepe paper tape at the end of that awesome trail or collapsing on your front porch?
If you have MSHA wear – a t-shirt, buttons, etc. don’t forget to wear them – let’s promote our organization and all the hard work we do!
